On 7 May 2010, the Puxiang Changxing (Dalian sheet metal) processing project commenced. The project is a joint investment by 3 parties, namely Korean POSCO Co. Ltd, POSCO (China) Investment Co., Ltd and STX Corporation, with a total investment of 300 million USD, and annual thick sheet processing of 3 million tons.
