An Jinxiang, female, Korean nationality, born in November, 1970 in Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province, and she joined in Party in October, 2001. She graduated from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics with degree of master, and majored in business administration. She has served successively as principal staff member for Economic and Development Bureau of Management Committee in Dalian Golden Pebble Beach Resort Zone since September, 1991; assistant (assistant consultant) of director general for Bureau of Investment Promotion of Management Committee, Dalian Golden Pebble Beach; deputy director general of Bureau of Investment Promotion of Management Committee, Dalian Golden Pebble Beach; section chief for Bureau of Economy and Trade of Management Committee, Dalian Development Zone. She served as director general for Second Bureau of Bureau of Investment Promotion in Port Industrial District, Changxing Island, Dalian in December, 2006.
